Martin Mere Trip

Class 3 enjoyed a fantastic trip to Martin Mere on Wednesday. Thankfully the weather was kind to us! We learned lots about the water cycle and how we all can have an impact on it. We then discovered how important plants are in the food chain and investigated how different plants grow in wetlands. After lunch we fed the birds during our wild walk before heading to the amazing play area to finish off our day. It really was a fun-filled day and one which has helped us enormously with our science work. Thanks to our parent helpers and to all the children who behaved beautifully throughout the day and who showed a great enthusiasm for learning.
