At St Jerome's, we believe that a high quality art and design curriculum should engage, inspire and challenge pupils. Our curriculum teaches the key knowledge in drawing, painting and sculpting, by using different materials and techniques. Teachers model techniques to pupils and use the in class visualisers so that pupils can clearly see the intended techniques. We believe that by creating engaging and interesting art lessons, pupils will gain a love of the subject and understand the important links that art has in the world in which we live.
