Balance Scale Cake

The children have been using the balance scales to weigh objects around the classroom.  We have been sorting objects into heavy and light groups.  We used the balance scales to make some cake for snack mmm.  The ingredients is balanced against the weight of an egg.  We then cooked it in the microwave.
