class 4 Homework week commencing 22.4.'25.

Welcome back to the start of the Summer term. 

Homework this week is as usual,

*Spellings for the test tomorrow are previously taught spellings, as we have had a break from school routines and only a four day school week this week. We have worked on them each day, so the children have had a  lot of input again this week. They are;

*actually, business, caught, complete, consider, grammar, guard, increase, important, library, medicine, minute, notice, possible, quarter, question,suppose.

Next weeks spellings, set on Monday 28.4.25 for a test on Friday 2.5.25 will be sent home as usual as handwriting on Monday. They are common exception words. They are; couldn't, shouldn't, wouldn't, here's, there's, they'll, you'll. he'd, she'd, we'd.

Guided reading this week will conclude our texts on  the Anglo-saxons. set Friday 25.4.25 for Friday 2.5.25. The story is 'Beowulf and Grendel.' 

Maths homework is My Maths which is set up as well as tables for a test on 2.5.25.

This weeks tables are 3 and 6 times tables. Don't forget the TTRS class challengs also set up online.
