Spring Term

This half term we are going to be looking at the Hungry Caterpillar in class.  We have a fruit and veg shop in our class and are going to be using the balance scales to weigh objects.  The children will be able to take on different roles in the shop.  We will be looking at healthy eating and staying fit.  The children will get to look at the life cycle of a butterfly and how it changes.  We will be learning numbers 11-20, ordering them, recognising them and writing them. In phonics the children will continue to learn new sounds and practise their reading and blending.  

In RE we will looking at different celebrations and celebrations within the Church community.
